
Returns and refunds
1. Return Conditions:
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, as long as they are in the same condition in which they were received.
Products must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and with all accessories included.
2. Exclusions:
Returns are not accepted for special offer or discounted items, except for manufacturing defects.
Products that have been used, damaged or are not in their original packaging cannot be returned.
3. Return Methods:
Customers can return items to our physical store or by shipping them to our address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure delivery.
4. Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
5. Product Exchange:
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 10 days of purchase. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
6. Defective or Damaged Products:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
